    BRIAN WILLIAMS

Having been raised in the world of real estate, you could say it was only natural for Brian to follow in his family’s footsteps and continue holding the torch of passion for the real estate industry, ignited by multiple generations.

Since his early career, Brian has always been heavily involved in all aspects of real estate. In fact, over the past 20 years, he has done everything from residential to commercial to fractional ownership. At this point in his career, he knows that rather than just buying or selling a home or piece of property, his clients are looking for a way to create a legacy to share with their most intimate circles. That’s why, partnering with the vision of Summit and its development plans of Powder Mountain was a perfect fit.

Brian is known for his ability to listen and understand his clients’ needs, allowing him to continuously deliver above and beyond their goals and expectations. His personable and professional character allow him to build and maintain solid relationships, which explains why his business has grown mostly from referrals and repeat clients.

With Brian’s experience, he could work anywhere in the world and has chosen to be a part of Powder Mountain, where the vision is to develop a community of change and higher thought. Which is why he and his team work tirelessly to create not just development, but a community of peace, a community of serenity, and a community of like-minded individuals that seek a higher consciousness.
