Horizon
Horizon is simultaneously modest and monumental
Designed by award-winning architect Brian Mackay-Lyons, creator of his own intentional community back home in Nova Scotia, these Heritage Modern Cabins are clustered just away from the village, where they pay homage to Summit’s appreciation for community, ecology, and creativity.
From these lofty perches, residents enjoy views of slopes they ski directly to, as well as the Ogden Valley, Salt Lake Basin, and other parts of the Wasatch Range. Highlighting the variation within their unity, these cabins come in four different models, from the 2 bed, 2.5 bath Capella Cabin, at 1291 square feet, all the way up to the 4 bed, 3.5 bath Lyra Cabin, which is 3100 square feet.
This amazing neighborhood is nabbing the attention of design enthusiasts, nature lovers, and those who value social gatherings, of which you can be there will be many. Its communal Pioneer House will be home to the community kitchen, gym, fire pit, and ski lockers.
